This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Acrobat 10.1.2 update failed on Vista

    I know how to fix it, just wondered if anyone else ran into an issue going from 10 to the current version. It stopped midway during the install and asked for install file location.
    Sorry, I removed Acrobat 10 (AKA X), ran Revo uninstaller, rebooted, D/L' ed the EXE file from Adobe's site (must click the link that says "if your D/L does not start automatically...") Then ran the exe.

    No issue updating with Vista Home Premium SP2 so I doubt your issue was Vista-related.
