    Hi People,

Can some please tell me how to start these two automatically with windows?

I checked the startup prog' in "msconfig" and I see only the adobe reader, which is checked btw to start automatically.

I remember seeing acrotray / acrodist there but now I cannot see it anymore (I think I may have turned it off to not start with windows, though I am not sure)..

I was printing a pdf now, and first got an error saying the service is not running and click 'retry' to start it and I did, and then it started up and the pdf print went on well..

Now I wanna know if there is anyway to have these two starting automatically with windows. Can some one please let me know. Thanks a lot in advance.

PS., for the adobe haters > please dont post any comments like "dump adobe, its a resource hog, get a free pdf reader / writer / converter" and so on... :) Thanks but no. I have been using Adobe reader n acrobat professional for like 7 or 8 years now, and I have no problems and I have a pretty decent, powerful machine :)

Of course if u have any ideas / solutions for my questions, please let me know. Thanks for that. but no hate / "change to something else" comments please. :) :)

    Cheers.

    Thanks Mate.... :)

But still why did it go away in the first place? I remember having it in the startup for a while.. is it because I manually disabled it in startup within msconfig?

If I'm not mistaken, Registry startup values & data are moved into a different key (Run-) when disabled with msconfig. Start Menu items just go... away.
