I recently upgraded to v1809 and am lucky enough to not experience a single problem that so many people are having. Except for a minor nag that I couldn't find anyone else having the same issue or its alteast ~2-3 years old and their solution is not working for me.

On 1803 my Action Center notifications were working just fine showing every little notification from everything that I use. After I upgraded to 1809, re-did some of the Pheonix tweaks, some other small context menu and registry tweaks that were reset as well as ShutUp10, I noticed my Action Center wasn't showing any notifications even though it said theres a new notification.

I also enabled "Allow apps to access your notifications" in Settings>Privacy>Notifications and in ShutUp10 and restarted but nothing.

P.S. This issue isn't exactly hindering me, but I'd like to fix it if I can without resorting to re-installing Windows 10 1809 from scratch.

Jesus Christ that eased my OCD! THANKS A LOT for the help!!

Its just like the April Update where if you disabled Microphone in Settings app Discord/TeamSpeak, in-game mic won't work at all whereas earlier the setting applied only to UWP apps. Windows is really becoming a pain these days.

My notification icon says i have 1 new notification, But when i click on action centre it says "no new notification"

I though a reboot would get rid of it and i was right.
