I just upgraded my laptop to an SSD.

As expected, bootups are now incredibly fast. However, this leaves some nagging issues with the way Windows handles startup programs.

Action Center seems to be set to delayed startup, and takes an additional 30sec to a minute (haven't timed), before the icon shows up in the tray.

I cannot find it in the services menu. Is there any way to get this to start up with the rest of the applications?
