    verify if u have the following Menu Handlers key(s)

    [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\AllFilesystemObjects]

    [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\AllFilesystemObjects\shellex]

    [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\AllFilesystemObjects\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers]

    [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\AllFilesystemObjectsshellexContextMenuHandlers\Send To]
    @="{7BA4C740-9E81-11CF-99D3-00AA004AE837}"

    as always, playing with registry at ur own risk

    cheers ...

    start->run->regedit; u can then search for the above value. Add them if u do not have it. If u r not familiar with it, don't try - have someone else does it for u

    cheers ...

    It seems that SomeOne or SomeThing remove that in your registry. Maybe a virus in your computer or your brother sister or employer, i don't know.

    How to Add?
    go to HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\AllFilesystemObjectsshellexContextMenuHandlers\Send To first.
    Then right click ADD new key Type 'Send To'
    Double Click Default, paste this {7BA4C740-9E81-11CF-99D3-00AA004AE837}

    sorry go to "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\AllFilesystemObjectsshellexContextMenuHandlers" folder first...hope you solve it solves your problem
