Hi, i never used UAC and always worked with an admin account. I now want to make my current/normal account (admin) to a standart user and create a new account as admin. So i will have my current account with all my settings just as an standart user. Will that work?
Or do i have to make a new standart user an copy all my data/settings from my admin account to the new standart user? (i often installed programs with "only for this user" checked)

Just make a new account with Admin privileges, and then change your current one to Standard user.

exactly, there should always be at least one admin account.
So if you try to go Admin-->Standard, it wont work unless you create a second admin account first. -
