It's had to have come out in the last week because I was having Flash troubles, but the latest version was 10.1.x.x.

No 64-bit support is hugely lame...yet again. But, they have that BETA out for 64-bit, so it can't be TOO far out.

But that 64-bit BETA doesn't play nice for me with IDT audio.

The full-screen for multi-monitor support is fantastic. I can finally watch Hulu full-screen on monitor and do work on the other.

I have zero problems with flash media on my 64 bit systems using the stock 32bit flash plugins.

what, exactly, do you think would be gained with a so-called pure 64 bit set of flash plugins?

I do not mean to HIJACK this but I have 1 MBps download speed with my Verizon DSL. Flash Videos are unwatchable due to the incessant pauses and the spinning arrow on the screen. It happens on my new ASUS (SEE SIG) as well as in vista on my Dell D610 (128 MEg integrated Graphics)
The problem persists in Regular and full screen modes
Using IE 8 on both, all up to date (windows, flash, java ,etc) but no betas
Are there any tweaks to flash to fix this?
    Thanks, Josea

Your problem sounds like video buffering. If you pause the video, wait for 5 minutes or so, and start it from the beginning, does it still stutter every few seconds?

The really telling part is that it happens on both of your computers. Just because you have 1Mbps download doesn't mean the video will buffer fast enough... 1Mbps really isn't even that fast. Pretty certain that you're just outta bandwidth. Is your wifi secure? Do you have some freeloaders downloading or anything?

NICE I can finally watch Katy Perry Hot and Cold w/o interrupt! Pausing fixed it on both. My wireless G is secure I think,

SSID broadcast is off, WPA2 - PSK , default password for router was changed. For testing I do notice if both machines are on the issue more pronounced (simulating what you said about free loaders) Plus I am constantly logging into the Verizon DSL router to check who is logged; in I am paranoid. + 1 REP I really appreciate your help

Yeah, your setup sounds secure enough. You just need to wait for things to buffer more. The light red bar in Youtube is how far it's buffered, so you can start playing when that starts getting near the right side of the video.

I did a lot of research B4 I went wireless, I noticed many of my neighors did not do their due dilligence!
I have a friend who is a network engineer and he could not get in..but thanks for the comment.
You have saved me a lot of Cash, I was ready to go to cable modem or fios as a solution.. I now pay only $15 per month and can finally start catching up on Dexter via Hulu!
Another thing that helped (I normally try to fix things on my own) was to fix the local file storage on my older machine in flash.. it was set to Zero so I set it to MAX. and I turned off hardware acceleration on it also in Flash.

Two options: either you're amazed that other people use their computers differently than how you use yours or you are genuinely interested in my strife. lol, jk...I thought it was funny how you worded your question. Anyways:

The default Windows Sidebar on x64 systems does not allow 32-bit Flash to work in gadgets. You can use workarounds, but it'd be nice if it just worked from the outset. To check: try running the Pandora Gadget on the default Sidebar in x64.

ah, works for me. It does. Flash in sidebar that is.

People using their computers differently is what it is all about.

People who have problems need to ask for help instead of auto-blaming their software.

Then, for whatever reason, Windows is opening the 32-bit Sidebar. Open up Task Manager: is it Sidebar.exe or Sidebar.exe *32? If it works, it has to be Sidebar.exe *32.

However, the default on x64 Windows is the 64-bit Sidebar (aka sidebar.exe).

    Even Pandora acknowledges the issue.

That's absolutely true. An overwhelming majority of the time, it's something on the user's end. But, this time, I think it leans the other way.
