    Adobe Photoshop Elements 5.0 on Lenovo Laptiop

    I can't get the program to load. I insert the CD and nothing happens. I've tried looking for it from the start menu and can't find anything. I have no idea what else to try.

    Have you opened windows explorer and tried to access the cd/dvd drive from there?

    Good suggestion, auto run may be disabled in windows.
    If it does not show up in explorer, try the media in another computer. If it works there copy the entire CD to a flash drive and try install that way.
    It is either a bad CD or an issue with your CD drive on the Lenovo.
