This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Adobe Reader 9 + Opera 9.63 = error??

    A curiosity as I'm in a way a convert to Opera.

    Opening a pdf file in Opera 9.63 with Adobe Reader 9 gives me an error - it works in IE7...
    I think Opera 9.6 (9.61 , 9.62 ??) worked fine with Adobe Reader 8 ...

    Any solution to this or not?

    Try this:
    . locate the "nppdf32.dll" from the adobe reader folder
    . copy it direct onto the plugins folder of Opera
    . restart Opera
