I have Macromedia Studio 8 and Adobe CS2 Design Suite. I'm looking to upgrade, but obviously the two have merged so how would I go about upgrading to CS4? I would imagine that Adobe would be able to help me out considering that they now bundle Flash, Dreamweaver, Contribute, etc...with their web suites.

Also, I recently purchased an XPS M1530 to replace my Apple G4 Desktop. I heard a rumor that Adobe would allow me to upgrade to a different operating system.

Please advise. Anyone have similar experience with the above?
