Howdy all,
I have a small local business that I use to fix computers and build custom new units for people in my area. My problem is I am trying to build a worthwhile website to host somewhere to help gain business. I took a web mastering class in high school a couple of years ago, where we used dreamweaver and other adobe products. My problem, however, is not only has the technology changed and advanced, but I am pretty rusty about it as well.
So, I am looking for a website building software as well as a well known, reliable web hosting service, and I was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction. I would prefer not to spend a very high (hundreds) of dollars, but I am willing to invest in decent software if needed.
Thanks for the help.

Lunarpages!!!! Best. Host. Ever. (and I am not saying that due to their awesome referral service. Seriously... 65 dollars back for every 60 dollar plan!).
For software, look at some of the CMS systems. Once they are set up, their super-duper-uber easy to use. -
Host: Host Monster is great. WebHostingPad seems cheapest.
Programs: NotePad, Internet Explorer, and Firefox
