Okay this is starting to really annoy me now.

Last week I got a virus which forced me to recover and go back to factory settings.

I've been through all the Windows Updates, running IE9, updated Flash and for some reason online flash video is choppy. I can play full 1080p off my HDD in VLC perfectly fine but anything in Flash online (iPlayer, 4oD, YouTube), it's choppy.

Before the recovery everything was fine, I could even play iPlayer HD content but now even the SD streams skip a few frames.

All the drivers etc are just how they were before the recovery too which is why I can't understand what's causing this to happen.

I've tried on Firefox and same thing there.

Network and connection isn't an issue mainly as I was able to play videos a week ago and tested on a similar spec laptop at home as well and no problems there.

Really could use some help on this. Thanks.
