    Who cares.. is there even any dx11 games yet? besides my gpu doesnt support it so meh

    I already downloaded the Windows Update for DX11 Vista.
    It works on my friend's desktop which have ATI Radeon HD 5850.
    However, I think it is not very important because there's only 1 or 2 DX11 supported games. Moreover, many GPUs are not DX11 supported.
    Yet, DX11 will improve the games play for non-DX11 supported GPUs slightly(not much).

    came trough windows update (together with more win7 stuff i guess). even the windows update itself now looks like the one from win7.

    with dx11 should come directwrite and such, which might be cool to play around. have to recheck.

    I got the update, but it seems no much difference, just slow down the the speed a little bit.
