    Alternative to MS Visio

    i can get it through work for $37.50. but are there any reasonable alternatives that are free?

    Visio is the best. Its all i know of.

    $37.50? That's almost free. Spend the money Visio is worth every penny. I use it daily. Our application generates Visio swimlane diagrams of business process models. There are hundreds of templates for all manner of uses. I even used it once to design some wooden equipment racks for my recording studio. I created the cabinet designs and complete plywood cutting diagrams, all using Visio.

    i use it all the time at work as well. and would probably use it at home for many things. was just wondering if there were ay free ones, but seems as though there musn't be any other ones as good.

    Jeff is now going to be $37.50 poorer and have a awesome product.
