This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     I love vista home premium. my example is loaded on my acer aspire. it has a core 2 duo, 3 gigs ram, 320 gig hd. I love how vista is setup. can't wait to build a new home PC and run it on that too. I love it...

    As mentioned, there are plenty of threads on Vista's pros/cons and leaving this one open is asking for a flame war.


    I will remind everyone to do their own research before deciding on anything and there is also Vista tweak thread sticked which gets rid of some of the more annoying aspects of Vista.
