I'd like to underline, write comments in pdf or ps files. Any suggestions ?

    1) I only have a normal non-tablet laptop. Is there a gadget which will allow me to connect and write to a laptop ? Like a pen attachment or something ?

    2) Assuming I have the necessary hardware (either a pen attachment or a tablet), what program is good for writing/unlerlining pdf files ?

For writing/underlining pdf files, you will need:

    1. A PDF editor like Adobe Acrobat (not the free reader).

    or

    2. Convert the PDF to a word document for example, then edit it with MS-Word, then convert it back to a PDF or install this add-on if you have Word 2007. This method is a lot more trouble though.

    To answer your question 1:

Yes, you can get one of those usb pen tablets, there are many models and price range, I'm not sure which one is good though. The one I just posted has pretty good review from 108 users.
