I just installed boot camp on my MBP and I'm running XP beautifuly. Would I need to install an antivirus for that part? I only assigned 20G for windows and plan to use it only when gaming.

If you want some virus software, I would suggest AVG Free. It is free and works decently.

Thanks Zaz, AVG is what I had in mind but after all I heard about it I thought I'm better off without it.

If you're only going to use your Boot Camp for gaming (i.e. no visiting random websites, no downloading stuff from unknown sources etc. AT ALL) then you are probably fine without an anti-virus software. Otherwise you would need one.
Anti Virus for windows (boot camped) on a mac?
