I am wondering what you all use for anti-spyware for your notebooks? Im looking for something free, I used to use Search and Destroy but I heard they have been slacking.

I was looking at Windows Defender, heard it is a resources whore maybe I heard wrong. What would you guys recommend?

You could download Windows Defender, which runs in real time, unlike the free version of Ad-aware.

I'm a big fan of WebRoot Spysweeper.
    http://www.webroot.com/
It's not free but I found it to be worth the price.

    Spybot - Search & Destroy

That has been the most reliable spyware remover I have used. It is free too.

Exactly! I use those 3 and they are great. Also, you should try Spyware Doctor
