    Any FREE Program to PREset CPU Affinity compatible with Hyperthreading/W7?

    There is Processor Affinity Manager and Set Affinity II and Prifinity2, but I don't think they have compatibility with HT. The W7 issue less concerning as W7's compatibility is pretty good.

    Anyone know of anything?

    Setting CPU affinity is generally not a good idea as it is nowhere near as efficient as letting the OS do the decision for you. Windows XP had a decent implementation, and Windows 7 is even better at allocating things correctly.

    If you're running into slowdowns for any reason, what you really want to change is the process priority, not the affinity.
