I accidentally deleted my gf's picture editing program earlier today trying to clean up the system a bit. I believe it was Dell Pic Editor or something similar. Are there any free simple alternatives?? Any help would be great.

Picasa, GIMP, or if short term go for Photoshop trial; use and abuse, then uninstall.

GIMP has a steep learning curve, but it's powerful. :D

As people have been saying, GIMP is powerful, Paint.net is not as powerful but a lot easier to use out of the box.
