Hi. Didn't know if I should put this in the Windows 7 sub-forum or the Security sub-forum. I chose this one since this beta is designed for Windows 7.
Anyway, for a few days now, the action center has been notifying me that my definitions were out of date. Checking Kaspersky shows that, indeed, the definitions are out of date. Whenever I attempt to update, it appears that things go well, and the suite says that "Updates are not required" I then close all of the windows, only to check back and get the same "Your security is at risk" notification by Kaspersky.
Just wanted to see if anyone else is experiencing this problem.

I'm using the 8.0.0.506 build of Kaspersky Internet Security on the Windows 7 beta and it's updating fine.

Nope. I use the 7.5 version. I had no problems installing or updating.
But I do get rather annoyed at the frequency it requires updating, it seems to be every 24-48 hours or so, in XP, Vista or Win 7! -
I decided to give Norton 360 Beta 2 a go. So far so good! Uses the same technology behind NIS 09.

The beta doesn't update over the weekends.

Didn't know that.

Well, I encountered that problem and Repair. It works again!
Any problems updating Kaspersky AV beta for Windows 7?
