The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Any program that shows network usage?

    Is there any program that would show network usage by application out there?

    There is plenty, if you mean bandwidth usage, that is. There are app's available for Rainmeter, or, for Desktop Gadget. Check out here for some ones that may take your fancy.

    And yeah, i don't have rainmeter installed but i'll look at some apps when i have time.

    Windows own Resource Monitor does it perfectly well

    I like netmeter for bandwidth tracking and monitoring your speed... it is quite lightweight and simple

    I agree with this. Just open the task manager and go to the performance tab. Near the bottom is a button to open the resource manager.
