Any reason My Bluetooth Places looks so Windows 95?

It seems like Microsoft somehow forgot to update the folder graphics in My Bluetooth Places even though every other folder has XP-style graphics. I'm curious what the reason for this is - did they really just leave it out somehow, or does it use the lower-quality graphics in explorer.exe that look like the Windows 95 graphics for some reason? Or does it vary depending on the Bluetooth device you are connected to? I only have one Bluetooth device to connect.

    Here's what I'm referring to:

Particularly the folder icon and the plain blue pane on the left. Definitely doesn't quite mesh with everything else in XP.
