For Linux OR Windows, as long as it's free (open source preferable), or of low cost. I plan on using it to notify members of my school's robotics meetings. Emails have proven unreliable, and it is rather hard for people to ignore their phoens...

So here's what I want it to do...

    1. Store a list of contacts, or be able to read from a list of contacts
    2. Automatically dial the person's number
    3. Play a pre-recorded message

Extra bonus if it can tell whether or not the person picked up.

    Thanks!
