This data was information that proves that my client was still involved with the owner of this website, up until literally-yesterday.
I unfortunately did not take a "time-stamp-photo" yesterday that this data/text was still up on this site (when it should have been taking down months prior).

Is there any way for me to prove that the info was up until yesterday?

I am filing a lawsuit and this is a critical piece of info.

    Thoughts/advice are greatly appreciated!

Ouch... I believe the only ones with that information would be the domain administrator, or whomever has access to archived data from the server it was stored on. I doubt they wiped the data altogether (unless they're covering), so even "deleted" material should be recoverable still, although it may take some forensics.

Good luck to you and your client.

So theres no way to to see if this is of public record?
Im sure this has been an issue for others in the past and there has to be a way to retrieve those records...

Gave it a shot; unfortunately they didnt have anything for the site I am trying to research.

    Thanks anyways!

If you're taking legal action, then there is likely a way to contact the system administrator and demand those records. But as for "recovering" them yourself, you'd need somebody with some epic hacking ability I think; there's limited space in these circumstances, I'm afraid.

Maybe an official warrant would get you access to the records you're looking for. I'm just spitballing here.

Cache won't retain customer data stored on a web server. It's pertinent to whomever does the hosting and the company that stores the information for business purposes.
