    Any well versed CRM people here?

    I am looking for a very specific software, which im not sure even exists.

    Am looking for a program that will help me specifically manage the business relationships I have but more importantly, in some way help me visualize the referrals I get from existing clients.

    My problem is I simply cannot stay on top of all the referrals I receive and as a result, cannot "back track" to find the original source of a long line of referrals. I would love to have a system that graphed or built a graphical "tree" chart that connected all the names in my network.

    Im sorry if not making sense here but its difficult to explain.

    Am not looking for a whole CRM system like "Sale Force" or the like, more so a stand alone program or, an Outlook add-on that helps me manage my referrals.

    Any ideas?
