I tried out the free demo of DVD Copy Express and liked it, so this morning I paid them the $35 to register it... but I never received the email with my code. I emailed two of their accounts and haven't heard back. Seems pretty shady and it's annoying me that they claim to respond to emails "within hours or instantly" and here it's been all day and nothing. :(

You sure your email client isn't marking their reply as spam? Blocked? Can you call them?

I used one of their products on a paying job.

I needed to convert large .wmv files to iPod .mpg4 and the software worked great.

Be patient, a lot of these companies are very very small. Just a couple of dudes somewhere on the planet.

I've used some of their software before and its HORRIBLE. I wouldn't ever pay for it. They'd have to pay ME to get me to consider using it. One of the less technically savvy people at work bought it. Poor choice.

They don't have a phone number, just email addresses. They definitely aren't U.S. based. Like I said, I was impressed with a couple of their programs that I demo'd, and googling for competive products showed that they were considerably cheaper. I just didn't figure I'd run into problems registering. I don't think the client I'm using with my paypal account has SPAM filtering, I'll double check that though.
