the icons are from a dock (rocketdock, objectdock,) and i believe the other things are gadgets 4 vista. and the first one must have the taskbar to auto hide.

First one is definitely using Rainmeter. Skin is HUD.Vision by ~mepu on DeviantArt. The clock on the other hand, I'm not sure which skin it is.

Time and weather should be Rainmeter, but not sure which skin. Icons are on a dock (RocketDock or ObjectDock) with an invisible background or no theme.

All I need now is that clock skin or widget..

To get the icons in the corner, you need a program like rocketdock, then you go to dock settings, then position, then put it to right, then adjust the centering till it's at the bottom of the screen

Download rainmeter, and follow the readme file for both Hud.vision and Supercolossal, They have to going into the Skins folder. It took me sometime to get it right also.

As for the first picture, it could be any XP Theme, but it's impossible to tell because the taskbar has been hidden.

Other than the clock, all the fancy stuff in the background is using Rainmeter, using the skin HUD Vision. The clock is probably using Rainmeter as well, but I'm not sure what skin it's using.

As for the dock, it could be either ObjectDock or RocketDock with custom icons. I'm not sure how he managed to make it look like that though.

Seems to work fine. Place the SUPERCOLOSSAL folder in your "Rainmeter\Skins" folder. Install the provided font. Right click and Refresh All in Rainmeter. You should be able to set it up after.

Click for dock icons shown in first pic.

Install rocket/objectdock, for rocketdock copy the icon files into the 'icon' folder in my programs, don't put the ecqlipse folder in the 'icon' folder as it won't work.
With objectdock you can copy the ecqlipse folder and put it into the 'bundles images' folder.
Then its just a case of setting the position, bottom/right etc, the distance from the edge of the screen, and setting the background to either blank or setting the opacity to zero.

I also recommend stacks docklet works wonders if you have icons that you want to group together.
