In Vista, there used to be a feature pack called "Windows Vista Feature Pack for Wireless" which when installed used to provide wonderful features on connecting to your mobile over bluetooth. Features like:

    1. Make calls from your PC (using the PC mic and speakers for calls)
    2. Route mobile audio to your PC
    3. Others

Unfortunately, this feature pack doesn't install on Win7 - it aborts with the error message "This software is not for your system" (or some such message).

Has anyone been able to set up such features in Win7? I want to do it "natively" in Windows, and not using 3rd party (e.g., Nokia) software, etc.

you have to set up with the bluetooth connection in the bluetooth menu.

Thanks everyone for the replies. I downloaded and installed the latest version of the feature pack from Dell, and it's all fine. Somehow, Dell has not listed my laptop model (Studio 1555) for the new driver - but I installed it anyway as it was the right card - Dell Bluetooth 370. It works perfectly now ("natively" like I wanted :). Cheers!
