I have an optimus enabled GPU and when I use this program, it constantly checks my GPU causing it to activate...something I don't want it to do when I just have the main home display screen up. When I use HWmonitor, this doesn't happen unless the GPU is activated by another program. Does anyone know how to configure this program to not display GPU info to minimize this checking? The program is small but rather intense with all the stuff you can do to your computer with it and I think the display is editable but the interface isn't the most friendly for a person like myself.
If anyone was wondering where I got the program: SIV - System Information Viewer

You can also set Optimus to never activate the discrete GPU when you run that app. It's available in nvidia settings in Control Panel.
