Anyone have experience with creating multi-boot CDs?

I'd like to make my own custom utility CD from several bootable ISOs.
I was planning to use CDShell, but I'm wondering if there is something easier. Truthfully I don't want to spend hours figuring out how to do this with CDShell. If someone can help me, that would be okay as well.
    I'm looking to put in...
Windows Recovery Console, Memtest86+, Video Memory Stress Test, GWscan, and Seagate SeaTools. Also might put in the firmware updates for seagate hard drives.
I already have standalone ISOs for each of these programs.

    Thanks,
    Hep!
