Anyone have that comprehensive check of a bunch of GOOD anti-viruses?

I can't recall what it was exactly, I recall seeing Kaspersky, NOD32, AntiVir and a few others.

I know it's hardly specific but wondering if anyone knows.

Ah neither of those unfortunately. Hm, I'll look harder for the one I'm looking.

Edit: Wait that's it. AV-comparatives is what I was looking for. Thank you

The security of a computer actually depends more on the user's common sense and computing knowledge by far... anti-virus programs rarely do anything and I have used XP before for a year without getting any viruses (although it was used just for gaming, I was using Ubuntu at the time).

True but it only takes one to **** it up. I like stuff like Kaspersky which actually tells you that a site is a phishing site on the off chance that I don't notice when I may be sleep deprived :D

And using Thunderbird, attachments come through there so I NEED an anti-virus.

Plus my school network requires one, and why get a crappy one? As long as it is supported, I can use it.
