Was on incognito and went to youtube and it thought I was viewing it from the UK. I'm from California. Haha, could this mean anything? I'm thinking that incognito gives a false IP which they manipulate to make it hidden. Idk.
Anyone with some great insight/analysis interpret this, if it means anything. Maybe we can find some glitches or something. :O

Its using a proxy thats located in the UK

Just went into incognito mode and tried an IP tracking site.
It gives my actual IP, so I have no idea why you are getting that result.
I even did what you did and didn't get the same result. -
