    Anyone want to delete their "my sharing" folder?

    I downloaded and installed the new version of windows live messenger. It's nice but i don't like the "my sharing folders" it added on my windows explorer. so i did some research on how to remove it. Here's what i found out:

    1. click start>run>cmd
    2. type this command: regsvr32 -u C:\Progra~1\MSNMes~1\fsshex~1.dll

    after you run this command, it will tell you that the dll was successfully been unregistered. Open your explorer again and the my sharing will be no more. :D

    Or don't use WLM in the first place.
    Nice tip though, for those who actually want it.

    i like most of the features of WLM that is why i installed it. I just don't like that "my sharing folder" sitting on my windows explorer. it's ugly and slows down opening the windows explorer.
