Everything was wider and bigger on the screen. I thought the resolution somehow changed but I changed that back to what I thought was the original 1366 x 738 and everything is not wide any more but everything is still large. The setting for "Change the size of text, apps..." is at 100% but everything is still big.

You might check if Fix apps that appear blurry is enabled in display settings. That might cause what you see, although it won't explain why hibernation caused it. But It could explain why it might not now revert back.

You might check if ctrl+mouse wheel scaling was adjusted on the desktop. When you are on the desktop, press and hold CTRL and zoom the icons with the mouse wheel. See if that changes it back.

Those are the two common that I come across on Windows 10.

If you say hibernation caused it, if you shut down the PC or if you force a full reboot of the PC, is everything now smaller? Or is it "stuck" that way?
