My Aunt is receiving the following error message when the laptop boots up and any time she tries to open an application. Can anybody give me any insight or information on this error message?

    1XConfig.exe - Application Error

The instruction at "0x00139d04" referenced memory at "0x0018c000". The memory could not be "read".

that's is related to her Intel wireless card. She probably doesn't need it to be running, maybe try unchecking it with MSCONFIG.
