I go through a lot of reference images for my work and I can't stand clicking on thumbnails, are there any out there yet?

The best so far is yahoo images.

So you want to look at one picture at a time that fills the screen? Sounds counter productive to me, especially if searching for a particular subject. I would want to see all thumbs and then click on the one that I wanted to see in more detail.

Well if you're discriminate with your search then the right images will come up. Thumbnails are still fine but the image should take up most of the space, I've seen apps doing this on tablets it just hasn't caught on with desktops.
