Hi - I would like to install the trial version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 for our company.

Does any Outlook Guru have useful tips on how to go about implementing this so as to not jeapordize the mail server ?!
What's the 1st & most important thing i need to do before proceeding in regards to issues such as backup, etc,etc..

Should i implement on another mock server instead of the LIVE server ?

I dont want anything to go wrong (or disrupt) day to day emails of the company.

    Thanks in advance - Mave

Is that a trick question? Where I'm coming from, the answer is clear, unless you don't care about potentially losing your job...
