hey guys, I recently reformatted my computer, and I went to install audicity....and now its a bunch of question marks, and random letters like

    "???se????e??"

For most of the menus. I definitly picked "English"' when I installed (and i've tried installing multiple versions and multiple times). I'll put a screenshot up. Hopefully someone can help me. It was fine before I reinstalled XP.

Pretty freaky stuff... Try checking the %appdata% folder when you've uninstalled it for audacity folders and delete them before trying to reinstall.

Yea, I did a search for all files/folders with the word "Audicity" in them after uninstalling the first time to clear it out.

Quick and dirty: Delete (or move elsewhere) everything in %ProgramFiles%\Audacity\Languages and it should default to English.
