Once again I have another issue for you guys to help me solve :D.

Whenever the CPU is under load the audio stutters, distorts, and freezes for half a second. It may have some correlation with network traffic and CPU as well...not 100% sure.

After a lot of time looking up solutions and installing/uninstalling drivers I feel I am at my end point of troubleshooting.

Attached is a screenshot of a program called DPC Latency Checker along with a pic of the performance pane of task manager. Please let me know if you need any additional information.

Thank you all immensely for your help. You guys are wonderful.

EDIT: After more trail and error, it looks like it MAY have been an anti-virus program.

EDIT 2: Confirmed as anti-virus, so sad.

What antivirus software are you using? Those latency spikes are really bad, try a different one since there are plenty of free ones available which still provide a decent amount of protection.
