Ok, it needs an auto DJ (like fade out and into the next song)
It needs to have a pitch change on it
and MOST IMPORTANTLY... It needs to remove a song from the song bank/playlist after it has been played.
Does anything like that exist? (price isn't a big deal, im not paying for it any way) <- not stealing, school pays for it![]()

Try Ableton live or Reason

Windows media player + your sound card program to change pitch.

i normally don't change pitch, but tempo, for beatmatching. changing pitch sounds quite bad
i use traktor for mixing, but other dj software might fit your needs better. ableton live is definitely not fitting, as it's not even a good dj program (but still awesome and i'm in love with it).
for auto-beatmatching and synching, hm.. traktor could do that.. i think the free beatport player (based on traktor) can't.. don't know of any others myself.. -

btw, if it doesn't have to beatmatch and sync, but just to fade nicely, we've configured this at our bar/club for background sound (when not clubbing). it was simple with winamp, which can fade over very nicely.
the only thing would be a plugin to remove played tracks. don't know if that exists. i'm not in the mood of programming one right now -

Well, you don't really need to "remove" the tracks in winamps or any media player. Just make a playlist and tell the player to not repeat the songs. It'll achieve the same effect.

jr mediacenter is heading that way, their 'dj' features are fleshing out over the next few weeks.

Sorry, ok, i meant:
I dont need beat matching, i just need to be able to adjust that my self manually.
And the key thing i need is auto deleting playlist, since its not going to be a set list and i will be off the laptop for certian amounts of time, so if im not there or forget to delete a song ect. -

well if you forget to delete a song, you would not see that you should add it again?
traktor at least has a "played" sign on each track you played that evening. but i don't actually know if you can let traktor "autoplay".. it has tons of autoplay helpers, but a full autoplay, i've never tested -
-
So is there any way to make tracktor auto fade and begin playing the next song that is in que on the deck?

i'll try out this evening. i don't use traktor pro myself, still at traktor 3. the new one isn't for me as it doesn't support all the features i need really. but i've a lot of time before my gig, so i'll play around with it (it just got a new update with some new features) => i'll test out if it has some form of auto fade + auto play.
i know you can sort of auto-trigger tracks + you can auto-load-next-track. the only thing that we need to get working, then, is some autofade
Audio program. Needs:
