So I'm having this strange issue where Windows explorer automatically scrolls back up when I scroll down onto items beneath the default view. I can scroll down but a few seconds later it scrolls back up again. Never had this in Windows 8 or Windows 8.1 on release but I am encountering it now after a patch for 8.1. Any advice?

EDIT: seems to have solved itself, don't know why but it's normal now.
