    BSOD loves me is it?

on my new Gaming desktop i am having some problems SPECS Here

there are some minor glitches & bugs...sometimes it suddenly slows down while surfing and when resuming from standby mode..the keyboard & mouse stops working.

and few mins back i had a BSOD while surfing...

this is my first assembled PC after years..so i think its something to do with hardware drivers or some overheating.

The Games are running great...i ran Crysis @ 1280X1024...absolutely smooth..

the thing is that the Desktop is crammed under my bro's table in a corner & it has been running for more than 12hrs.... and i didnt install any special cooling system..its the inbuilt Casing fan..

So is it some sort of overheating?

or could it be a motherboard driver issue? do i need to update BIOS?

I start with basic stuff like ram memorey checkers

also what does blue screen say? it have error code

do you get dump files in your c:\windows\minidump folder?

or memorey.dmp in you windows folder

great check memory also have you run this box not overclock to see if was stable before you overclocked it?

I didnt OC it...the motherboard FSB is Factory OCed to 1600 mhz.

Could that be causing problem with intel C2D e7200 (2.53 Ghz) ??

Try uninstalling your mouse driver. It should work ok with the Windows built-in drivers.

    See here: http://forum.notebookreview.com/showpost.php?p=3775797&postcount=64

You may also want to uninstall any other non-essential drivers, like sound (it may work fine with built-in sound driver), and disable any unused devices (modem, etc.)

Oh yeah, run a memory test too.

If you have any .dmp files as andyasselin said, attach them in a message for us to see what's really happening (or you can see in KB315263 & KB148658 how to check them yourself).
