Yup, pretty much the only one.
Can you disable automatic restart upon BSOD, and tell me the error message it actually says. 'cause what you just said is basically: "I have a BSOD! the dump files are located here and there on my computer which you can't see. You'll have to hack my mind or hack my computer to view it. Please help!" -
Can you upload the minidump file, this file to be exact:
C:\Windows\Minidump\113009-19094-01.dmp
May be able to have a look at it and see whats causing it. -
nirsoft has a neat little utility that will digest a mini dump and report on causes.
But if I'm looking at the OP correctly, an 07c bugcheck is (generally) a networking/NDIS driver failure.
Try downloading ALL NEW drivers for your wireless and wired networking devices. Make sure you get the correct 32bit or 64 bit version as required by your OS.
Now, deinstall the old hardware and drivers via device manager.
Now, reinstall the freshly downloaded device drivers.
It should take less than 30 minutes to do this. -

i was with my friend yesterday, and he got a random bsod'ed with win 7 x64.
we both thought it was weird and thought that kind of thing just wasn't supposed to happen anymore.
but, as it turns out, no, you are not the only one. -
ok sorry for the delay i attached the file....Also not a double post wasnt gonna highjack a thread to get my answers + thought maybe others may have this issue?

have you tried my deinstall/reinstall suggestion for your network drivers?
-
no not sure im familiar with your refrence

jeez, read post #4 in this thread......

Ran the dmp through a bug checker and it was unclear which driver was at the heart of the error, but IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL errors like that are almost always driver related.
-
prob is not all drivers are made for windows 7 some are vista x64 drivers as the windows 7 drivers havent been released, HP has been painfully slow on there drivers heres a snapshot of my network hardware

got the intel driver and the realtek driver they were the same i had but still reinstalled anyway the app for BSOD is pretty cool ill attach my errors

are you overclocking your machine at all?? Has the cpu been changed out? Memory cards? Any hardware fiddling of any kind??
If you haven't already done so, please reset the bios to factory defaults and remove/deinstall any overclocking programs you have in whether or not you are really running them.
Have you run any kind of registry cleaner or 'optimization' program?
You might want to download the latest bootable ISO of stressLinux and run that for a while to help rule out any kind of real hardware problem.
You are going to have to verify that you have the absolute latest drivers for your hardware, from the chipset drivers to the disk controller, video, audio, network, accessory (usb, web cam, card reader), etc, etc. -
no overclocking never even tried it b4,no changes or messing with hardware at all i double checked drivers with driver genious professional all drivers are correct, i really havent done anything to the system other then simple changes...downloading stressLinux now will let u know?

After looking at all those errors, and where they occured, I'm tending toward bad memory. Is this a new laptop? If this were an actual desktop with some way to configure the memory timings, I'd say run the memory at a slower speed and see if things clear up, but as it is a laptop you're not likely to have any configurable settings.
If you have two sticks of ram, remove one and see if the problem goes away. If not, reinsert the one you removed and remove the other.
Bet the problem goes away -
well i actually have diff ram so i put that it and 45 mins in got the error so guessing its not ram
-
Hmm, darn....could be the memory cache on the CPU, or on the videocard.
Once again, is this a new laptop? Has this problem been going on all along? How did stresslinux work out? -
laptop is 2 years old gotta get a blank disc tomorrow cause usb drive file didnt work...this prob has been here since 1st day of windows 7 its def a heat issue im guessing has to do with bios not being right for windows 7 causing it to run hot but thats just my hunch...
ireally think this is an HP issue as for some reason they arent covering this model with windwos 7 support they just say use vista x64 drivers -
Just had a quick look at the minidump and it says probably caused by ntoskrnl.exe, but can't really shed anymore light on it other than that. What security software are you running on the machine, I've googled it quickly and some people are having this problem and zonealarm was causing it??
-
no zone alarm on my puter ive just done a fresh install have no virus etc software on it...just ran it clean no web nothin still got the issue
UPDATE: did just notice doing some research Nvidia put out a new windows 7x64 driver a couple days ago gonna give it a shot as i firmly believe its a heat issue either in motherboard flash or videe card not running right fingers crossed!!! -
Make sure you uninstall the old ones first, use ccleaner to clean the registry and restart your computer before installing the new drivers.
-
Check HP's website and see if they have a BIOS update for your system.
I also suggest:
- Go into BIOS settings and disable any devices your computer doesn't actually have.
- Run Device Manager and disable any devices you have never used (e.g. modem, firewire, smart card, etc.). If you ever need them, it'll only take a few seconds to re-enable it.
- Run a memory test, as others have suggested.
- Run virus and spyware scans.
What kinds of things are you doing when the BSODs occurred?
Also, what security software is installed?
Oh yeah... try uninstalling some drivers (using Device Mgr) and using Windows' built-in drivers instead. Sound and maybe ethernet and mouse can be used with Windows' built-in drivers with probably no noticeable differences. (Once the BSODs stop you can look at going back to hardware-specific drivers.) -
hp sucks no support for this device on win7 since ive changed audio and video driver no bsod but now im buttons dont work right and my microphone isnt working now either no flags in device manager????
-
Your Microphone requires drivers.. Try Vista drivers. -
back working 100% no BSOD in 3 days since i changed video driver that nVIDIA put out a week ago
BSOD's am i the only 1?
