Hi, I've been getting BSODs at random intervals. Here's the error report:

    Problem signature:
    Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
    OS Version: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.768.3
    Locale ID: 4105

    Additional information about the problem:
    BCCode: 1e
    BCP1: FFFFFFFFC0000047
    BCP2: FFFFF80002EA5EF8
    BCP3: 0000000000000000
    BCP4: FFFFFA8005B321A0
    OS Version: 6_1_7600
    Service Pack: 0_0
    Product: 768_1

Files that help describe the problem:
    C:\Windows\Minidump\042410-30186-01.dmp
    C:\Users\****\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-46223-0.sysdata.xml

Blue Screen viewer says its caused by driver "USBPORT.SYS" and the bug check screen is "KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED" Any idea how to fix this? Thx.

Given that the stop message references USBPORT.SYS the most likely cause is the chipset driver or something plugged into your usb port.

The lack of hardware mentioned in the first post makes it difficult to give any more concrete advice than that...focus on mice, ext. keyboard printers, mp3/music players...anything plugged into the usb ports.

You can try removing all devices and trying to get teh error to recur

K, this is what i got:

On Sat 4/24/2010 5:14:55 AM your computer crashed
This was likely caused by the following module: ntoskrnl.exe
    Bugcheck code: 0x1E (0xFFFFFFFFC0000047, 0xFFFFF80002EA5EF8, 0x0, 0xFFFFFA8005B321A0)
    Error: KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
    Dump file: C:\Windows\Minidump\042410-30186-01.dmp
    file path: C:\Windows\system32\ntoskrnl.exe
    product: Microsoft® Windows® Operating System
    company: Microsoft Corporation
    description: NT Kernel & System
The crash took place in a standard Microsoft module. Your system configuration may be incorrect, possibly the culprit is in another driver on your system which cannot be identified at this time.

hmmm... what can i do about this?

    O sry. I have an ASUS G51J-A1
    PM55 motherboard
    4gb DDR3 RAM
    1.6 ghz i7-720QM Processor
    2x 320gb HDD
    GTX260m 1gb DDR3

I've got nothing plugged into any USB ports except for a Razer copperhead mouse that came with my machine, and that driver is up to date. I would try getting it to reoccur, but it seems random

Have you only had one bsod, or many? I note the date on that one is 3 days old.

Consider going to C:\Windows\Minidump and zipping up all the dumps and uploading them?

    What OS? 64bit or 32bit?

    What bios?

    Overclocking?

64 bit, 208 bios, none unless I use turbo mode.

But according to some people, its the Razer Drivers that cause the BSODs. i'll uninstall and see if that stops it.
