I'm reformatting my computer and need to somehow backup the progress I've made in Rosetta Stone. What files should I keep?

you could try backing up C:\Program Files\Rosetta Stone\SMS v3.0.2hs\smsdata\database (or wherever you installed the program)

also try backing up C:\ProgramData\Rosetta Stone\ (the ProgramData folder might be hidden, so unhide it)
