Hey, got a DELL 1500 Vostro which came with Vista. Any way I soon got rid of that and stuck WinXP Media Center 2002 SP2 on it.

Thing is battery options are terrible, with Vista you can change everything just using windows software. On XP I can only change what time it goes into standbye, or use the DELL Quickset software to change brightness as well..(which i can do using FN key any way!!)

There any programs out, free or not which let you play with a lot more settings/performance etc... set profiles etc?

    Thanks in Advance
    Kash
