Hi, I just got a dell e1505 and after playing with vista for a few weeks, I decided to go back to Windows XP Pro. There was one aspect I do miss from before though... I'm not sure if it was Dell software or part of Vista Home Prem., but in the bottom right taskbar, it would show a tiny battery image, and the remaining % of battery life AND approximately my remaining usage time. On XP, I have found in the power management, it tells me how much % life remaining, but not the time left. I also have Dell Quickset, but that is pretty much the same as power management in the control panel.

So basically, is the application which displays battery time remaining available for Windows XP, or is that a feature in Vista only? Or, is it software from Dell which i forgot to download?
