I got some software last night called Speedfan, and I think it made changes to my computer, so I uninstalled it..I am not sure what it did, but I was downloading something and the download dissapeared..maybe a coincidence..but regardless, speedfan was not optimal.
It also was saying that my cores were 45 C each. Is that an ideal temp?
Anyway, I have Vista Premium and would love to be able to monitor my temps.

RMClock, you can use it to check core temperatures and undervolt C2Ds if you wish to do so.
