Okay so I'm looking for a program that can give me some weekly or daily reminders about stuff i have to do and remind me about assignments and stuff. Preferably it should have a type of snooze button too that would let me get the same reminder a few hours later lol.
Anyone know any similar program to do this?

well the ghetto way to do it would be to use task scheduler and have it pop up a message at certain times....
But theres a site called remember the milk and I believe it can send you email reminders and other messages when tasks need to be done -
tornbacchus GO leafs.. Wait, Nevermid
I just use the windows live mail calendar (both online and the windows live mail program). I also use any calendar associated with my email like gmail, company calendar etc, but pretty much my one and only main calendar is the windows live one. Anything that has to be done, I put it in my calendar.
For my school timetable, I put in all my classes, then I get a reminder 15 minutes before the class starts about what class it is, where it is etc. Any assignments due, I put an even in at the same time as the class, then set the reminders to 1, 2 days, 1 week 2 weeks etc. You can also set the event to occur every week (ie my classes).
Works pretty good, especially when I get emails pushed to my iphone, so when I am out, or in class, I get an email about my assignments, next class etc.
Best thing its free and very easy. -
Yeah i was tinkering around with windows live mail. Crappy thing is that it doesn't even let me sync with my gmail. Super annoying because it keeps telling me my password is incorrect even when i have IMAP and everything enabled. Anyway i have to check out the calendar for that too.

Efficient Calendar Free - An elegant scheduler, planner and reminder that is powerful yet easy-to-use
Pretty simple, straightforward and easy to use.I don't know if it has a snooze button(never had a need for it)but it probably does. -
I use Yahoo Mail together with Yahoo Messenger. Their calendar/message settings are very customizable, and you can set them up to get at least 2 reminders, which can be visual or aural (or both). You can set your reminders to be within the same day (down to every 5 minutes) -- all the way up to 2 weeks ahead --- and reminders can repeat daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly. Etc. etc.
Best free program for reminders?
